Adventures in Commercial Real Estate
Adventures in CRE (www.adventuresincre.com) is a commercial real estate financial modeling, graduate education, career advancement, and networking site created by Spencer Burton and Michael Belasco. The two started the site while studying real estate together at Cornell University. Initially, the purpose of the site was to help Spencer and Michael improve their real estate financial modeling skills and share their personal libraries of CRE Excel models.
Over the years, the A.CRE has grown to cover other topics its readers have asked for. Most recently, A.CRE expanded its career section to include a commercial real estate job board. The board focuses on job opportunities our readers care most about, namely positions in acquisitions, development, asset management, advisory, and real estate finance. The site also offers free real estate financial modeling tutorials, book reviews, a Glossary of CRE terms, access to the largest library of readily available real estate financial models online, a comprehensive review of the top Masters in Real Estate and MBA in Real Estate programs in the United States, and much more.
