Recipients of the Wall Street Prep Real Estate Scholarship will receive access to the Wall Street Prep Real Estate Financial Modeling Package ($499 MRSP) at no cost. Students will learn how to build a real estate financial model step-by-step and will receive lifetime access to step by step online video training as well as industry-grade reusable real estate excel templates. Led by real estate private equity expert Aaron Hancock, this course will teach you not only best practices for modeling across the different real estate property types, but also how real estate investors actually evaluate opportunities.
